The Effectiveness of Internet Blocking in Cuba is Inmoral

You know I like to brag about the little global reach of my blog; but not this time. The reason I'm putting these pics is to show you how effective is Cuban government's blocking of the Internet and the free flow of information. Each dots represent a reading interface and behind it there is one or perhaps more than one dear reader. If you look at Cuba there are no dots in it. Now, Alan Gross, a man from Potomac was subcontracted by the USAID to give wireless routers away to youth in Cuba so that they could have satellite access to Internet. Add to that Obama's influence in the Arab spring and the fear by the Cuban government that the spirit of the Arab revolutions would fly to Cuba. A man, Alan Gross gets 15 years in prison because of trying to provide free Internet satellite connection! Something that in the short and the long run would only help the Cuban people. Damn it.

Cuba Should Free Alan Gross
